Accounting and Tax Specialist

For our client we are looking for an accountant, with 2+ years of experience in Double-entry bookkeeping end to end process.

Popis práce

- Communication with the shared service center and common responsibility for proper accounting treatments of supplier invoices and manual journal entries and reconciliations. - Active participation in month-end close activities, such as reporting, data reconciliation, preparation/reviewing of journal entries - Documentation of Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting - Customer accounts cleansing and allocation of payments - Various manual journal preparation - Investigation of open items in the balance sheet accounts, mainly liabilities, advance payments and deferred costs. - Responsibility for monthly VAT return preparation - Support of various projects and improvement initiatives - Supporting the transactional procurement process Doing now what patients need next Thanks to your analysis in high quality our reports to Global and tax authorities will be accurate and we will minimise the risk of tax non-compliance and be able to spend sources to improve Slovak healthcare ecosystem and help to patients. Thanks to accounting accuracy, data is further analysed, and can provide us with a solid basis for proper and timely business decisions. Your communication and collaboration skills will help the client to improve relationships with local colleagues and accountants from a shared service center so we will be able to deliver results faster with a strong customer focus. The client´s colleagues will be able to focus more on patients. You will be the participant of Outcomes Based Planning helping to apply new ways of working aligned with core agility principles: focus on measurable outcomes, prioritize and execute experiments and initiatives. You will work in empowered diverse high trust teams with high transparency and collaboration between teams with a mindset of partnership

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

- basic knowledge of Finance and Company's processes - experiences in complex multicultural environment - strong team player with good self management skills able to work independently - strong orientation to customer/stakeholder with the willingness to ensure better service - ability to deal with obstacles and challenges - willingness to learn throughout your entire life - 2+ years of experiences in double-entry - bookkeeping end to end process - understanding of Slovak taxation - strong analytical skills - communication and negotiation skills - attention to details - ability to Identify ways to streamline processes/activities
