Accounting manager
For our client we are looking for an experienced candidate on a position of Accounting manager,. He will be responsible for the accounting function within the affiliate, including reporting, month end and year end accounting, tax and projects.
Popis práce
- responsible for the accounting function within the affiliate, including reporting, month end and year end accounting, tax and projects, - lead and develop a team of two Accountants, - prepare all statutory postings required under local GAAP and statutory financial statements, - IFRS accounting and reporting, - actively participate in month-end close activities, such as reporting, data reconciliation, preparation/reviewing of journal entries, - reconcile annual legal entity reporting between IFRS and local GAAP, - oversee and manage tax, - be the main contact for external and internal auditors, - ensure compliance with group accounting standards, - manage and/or support major accounting projects and their implementation, - represent the Slovak affiliate within the company accounting community, - enable best practice, - ensure finance processes are lean and effective, - having deep insights into the area of Accounting and a desire to learn other areas of expertise, - ability to work independently and influence others to deliver the best experience to all stakeholders, - identify ways to streamline processes/activities while still providing the best customer experience,
Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta
- university education (Bachelor's degree) in the area of Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Controlling - English - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2) - double-entry bookkeeping - advanced - Microsoft Excel - advanced - SAP - advanced - leadership and management skills - organization and planning skills - strategic thinking - communication skills - influencing skills - proven ability to interact well in a multifunctional team setting.
