Popis práce
- Close cooperation with external and internal customers to improve the laboratory workflow and testing efficiencies. - Remote support of the systems and software solutions. - IT and Workflow product portfolio setup and support. - Supports service requirements on development projects, creates and updates service documentation for internal & external training prior to launch decision and throughout the products lifecycle. - Creates and revises curriculum for technical training sessions and independently delivers training to small groups. - Customer support by responding to customer requests. - Utilizes project management fundamentals to ensure assigned projects and respective deliverables are completed on time and on quality.
Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta
- Educational specialization - IT, Electronics, Chemistry or Biochemistry - English - Advanced (C1) - Laboratory workflow and IT solutions knowledge and experience (hardware and software). - Experience with automated diagnostic systems in laboratories to achieve their optimum running. - Experience with providing system and product support (min. 2 years). - Experience with running the stages of the IT infrastructure and Systems project management – preparation of the project documentation, requirement analysis, configuration, implementation, co-ordination. - Customer trainer skills. - Experience with User Testing. - Experience with Windows server. - Networking knowledge and experience. - SQL. - Strong customer-orientation focus. - Solid communication and presentation skills (to be able to present to and guide clients through the designed solutions). - Analytical thinking, creativity. - Flexibility and solutions oriented. - Change and innovation oriented. - Able to bring decisions and work independently. - Team player.
