Our client is one of the main European distributor and supply chain management company.

Place of work: SR + frequent travel to Prague

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: from 2.200 EUR, quarterly and annual bonuses

Job description, responsibilities and duties

– overall tasks:

– – Conclusion of the annual and general contracts, their maintenance, management, monitoring.
– – Organize marketing campaigns for related clients, administrative follow-up, quarterly advance planning and acceptance of them.
– – Category management if relevant.
– – Business development and hiring new customers.
– – Act only in accordance with commercial purposes approved by the leader. Arrangement differing from this may entail disciplinary action.
– – Every week submits mandatory written plan to the manager about meetings and other causes of absence outside the office.

– main tasks:

– – Supply of commercial tasks defined for customer: organizing, proceeding and conducting of personal negotiations with the purchasing competent subordinates of the customer
– – Preparation, acceptance and implementation of sales plans for each channel.
– – Manage the customer debt, handle the outstanding debt.
– – Plan special-price and instore activities, making and acceptance of their cost budget.
– – Sharing information with cooperating departments.
– – Prepare monthly and long-term sales forecast for dedicated customers and portfolio.

Personality requirements and skills

– 5 years of key account manager experience

– 3 years experience in FMCG area

– Excellent communication skills

– Content independent decision-making skills

– Creativity

– Excellent problem solving skills

– Excellent negotiation skills

– driving license B
