Head Accountant / Finance manager
For our client we looking for experienced finance manager, who will be member of plant management team.
Popis práce
- Provides leadership and management of the finance department (controlling and accounting). - Prepares annual budgets, monthly forecasts, implements budgets controls and deviation analysis. - Is responsible for effective accounting and tax processes and communication with state authorities and banks. - Sets up and tracks financial KPIs. - Oversees whole financial reporting package towards Plant manager and Group Finance manager.
Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta
- University education (Bachelor´s or Master´s degree) - At least 3 years experience on the similar position mainly in international production or automotive environment - English B2 - IFRS - Accounting (local GAAP) - Very good in communication and team leadership
