• You are responsible for all local accounting, VAT, Tax, and similar matters of the company
  - You are responsible for all group reporting matters to the company´s Headquarters and you assure that the financial statements provide a true and fair view
  - You set up proper controlling tools, to ensure a good monthly analysis (actuals vs budget), and you will challenge the management team
  - You play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting cycle - You are in charge of the cash management of the company, in close coordination with HQ
  - You optimize working capital management by monitoring and challenging the local team on proactive follow-up of outstanding receivables, payables, and inventory control
  - You assure the implementation of and follow up on company policies and procedures. You optimize internal control procedures and you assure compliance with the existing policies
  - You take care of the intercompany reconciliations and you assure compliance with transfer pricing policies
  - You are the liaison with the external auditors and the banks, in close coordination with HQ
  - You attend the international finance meetings (2 or 3 times per year) and you prepare and give presentations on ad hoc topics to the participants - You work on ad hoc projects at the discretion of the Group Finance Director and the Plant Manager
  - You are an active member of the Slovak Management team taking part in the management decision-making process
  - You are overall responsible for local human resources - You are responsible for the coordination of external services related to HR and payroll

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Finance with relevant experience
  
• Excellent controlling and accounting skills
  
• Experience in financial and business controlling in an international production environment
  
• Ability to translate financial numbers into concrete action plans
  
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand the reality behind the figures
  
• Understanding of financial concepts, e.g. NWC
  
• Understanding of cash management optimization
  
• Familiar with internal control procedures
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills – must effectively communicate with local management team and HQ in Belgium
  
• Languages: English (B2-C1)
  
• Advanced Excel knowledge (e.g. Pivot tables) and ERP experience
  
• Strong interpersonal skills – being able to constructively and successfully interact with the different layers within the organization
  
• Strong personality who can drive change and who takes ownership
  
• High level of emotional intelligence
