Finance Manager for Tax & Accounting for CEE

- Overall responsibility for management of accounting & tax activities for all legal entities, providing methodological guidance and compliance with local and international guidance - Develop and document business processes, accounting and tax policies to maintain and strengthen the internal finance area - Act as overall audit coordinator for all audit work performed by external auditors, ensure good relations with tax and legal advisors - Responsibility for the accuracy of analyses and submissions to management and other departments - Responsibility for managing transfer pricing and transfer documentation - Managing and developing the finance team - Prove strong leadership and achieve employee engagement - Bringing new ideas for process improvements to assigned area - Ensuring and establishing flexible and effective internal control procedures - Responsibility for managing and supporting the monthly and annual closing process - Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal customers

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

- University education (Economy, Finance) - At least 5 years of experience at similar position - Fluent level of English (Advanced C1) - Ability to travel (20% of working time) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Result-orientation and resilience - Great eye for detail - Proactive approach - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Proved working experience as Accounting - Manager in international company - Previous experience in production company is an advantage - Experience in implementing new processes, projects - Previous experience with team management is a must - Very good knowledge of accounting & tax legislation, IFRS
