• Lead, develop and implement company finance process improvement projects in tax and accounting area and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies to enable the company to better compete in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace • Facilitate business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation • Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results • Develop process to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, budget and expenses • Work closely with the finance team to monitor changes to the project scope and update timely information to all relevant stakeholders • Manage relationships and expectations with both internal and external key project stakeholders • Lead meetings with project team to communicate project status, budget and expense status • Simulate overall budget and financial impact with key expense drivers and factors • Direct and perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned by management, working independently or with cross functional teams • Present analysis results to internal and external stakeholders • Assist Finance Manager for all project related tasks.

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business, minimum bachelor’s degree in the related fields and 3 years of related experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in the job offered or similar related field including but not limited to consulting or finance • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and leading multiple projects at once • Ability to learn new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as champion project requirements on behalf of business owners • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and have the ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making abilities • Project / program management experience including initiating activities, establishing priorities, managing multiple priorities, and delivering on-time results • Experience creating actionable plans from new business strategies / models and seeing it through from initiation to launch • Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive from end to end • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines • Experience leading cross-functional subject matter experts to drive deliverables and meet key milestones • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels project objectives and outcomes • Ability to influence others and drive meaningful change results • Aspire to be a team leader, with the ability to train and mentor junior employees • Eager to learn and grow but also help others do the same • Detail-oriented person with strong leadership experience willing to take on a challenge • Willing to travel 30-40% of your time within the south-east EU region • Stress resistance, focus on tasks accomplishment in constantly changing environment. Self-confident and accepting must of change as the challenge.
