Job description
- Analyze, document, and optimize finance and tax-related business processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Act as a liaison between Finance, Tax, and IT teams, translating business requirements into effective system and technology solutions.
- Support finance and tax transformation initiatives, including ERP-related projects and system enhancements.
- Participate in process discovery workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to design future-state solutions.
- Manage and coordinate process and technology improvement projects from concept through implementation.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of financial and tax-related data used for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools.
- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Deliver training sessions and promote the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions.
- Support internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance-related activities.
- Contribute to the organization's continuous improvement and digitalization strategy.
Requirements for the employee
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in finance systems, financial reporting, accounting, controlling, tax operations, or process improvement.
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes within an international business environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with financial consolidation or reporting platforms such as OneStream, HFM, SAP BPC, Tagetik, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or project-based work.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar tools is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
