Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:  from 1.800 € gross salary (depend on experiences of suitable candidate)

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

– prepare and report monthly activity indicators,

– prepare and report monthly financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet)and transition from the statutory financial statements to IFRS, with appropriate variance analyses against budget and forecast,

– calculation of IAS adjustments and their impact on the income statement,

– responsible for the processing of quarterly and budget forecasts in the operative part of the income statement and preparation of the Activity KPIs in consultation with General Management,

– prepare and process the Boards documentation for related meetings,

– communication of all requested reports to the group and region,

– processing department-specific analyses and reports on a monthly basis,

– calculate short-term and long-term funding requirements to ensure the liquidity of the company and the appointment of the relevant funds in treasury at BNP Paribas in consultation with management,

– monthly liquidity and interest rate analysis in accordance with the guidelines of BNP Paribas,

– daily control of the refinancing interest rates to further settlement to our clients and their communication to the concerned departments,

– develop and improve existing reporting tools in consultation with management,

– maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company/ group,

– preparation of various business reports.

Personality requirements and skills

– university degree preference – Economy,

– English – advanced (C1), daily communication in English,

– Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word – advanced,

– min. 2-4 years of experience in the field of controlling in multinational context,

– excellent Excel skills (Knowledge of SAS would be a plus),

– logical and analytical skills, good communication skills, problem solving,

– time management, prioritization, ability to work with tight deadlines, ability to work under stress,

– ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment,

– ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner,

– ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment,

– ability to accept reproaches and to learn from them (positive attitude),

– detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
