Our client is a production company.

Start date: asap/ to be discussed

Contract type: replacement during maternity leave

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: from 1300 brutto fix / monthly

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

– Responsible for recruitment: selection of CVs, pre-screening, using assessment tools, interviewing & reporting.

– Active communication with hiring managers & candidates.

– Use of social media and other available sourcing channels.

– Active cooperation with selected personnel agencies & search for new sources.

– Company branding – schools, universities, job fairs, presentations.

– Digitalization of People and Organisation (P&O) processes, implementation, their use & department support.

– Employment agenda related administration tasks in line wiht P&O processes.

– Communicates with local authorities and labor offices.

– Responsible for communication on internal channels.

– Organizes company meetings upon request & other specification.

– Working closely together with other P&O colleagues.

– Co-organization of company events.

– Support the reception in their absence.

Personality requirements and skills

– University degree, preferably in the area of Human resources, social studies,

– Fluent English – ability to interprete,

– Driving licence B,

– Previous experience / knowledge in recruitment or any other HR processes will be advantage,

– Excellent communication skills,

– Experience with full cycle recruitment process: advertising, screeening, interviews, search via social media,

– Communicative, proactive, target oriented, team player, reliable.
