HVAC Sales Engineer

For our client, a company operating in the production of filters and filtration systems for air conditioning, we are looking for a candidate for the HVAC Sales Engineer position in Southern and Central region of Bohemia.

Job description responsibilities and duties

  • active order creation with existing business partners in the region.
  • find new customers, build long-term business relationships, present news, support marketing and other business-related activities.
  • establishing, maintaining and developing business relations with customers in the assigned area (in accordance with the business strategy)
  • care for existing customers
  • approval and preparation of documents for the creation of quotations and business documents
  • creation of basic design of technical solution according to customer requirements
  • fulfillment of business plan and creation of business strategy of the company, building of brand name
  • monitoring the market situation, competition and development trends
  • processing sales reporting and data analysis
  • organization of presentations, exhibitions and preparation of marketing materials
  • conducting training for external and internal customers

Requirements for the employee

  • sales experience necessary – 2 years
  • technical education not specified (Secondary or University)
  • technical knowledge and technical thinking – basic designing (airflow, based on info from customer, visits , description etc. understanding)
  • preferably experience in technical sales or business development (B2B) in segment: industrial air filtration, AHU ventilation, recuperation, ducting for ventilation, air handling units, compressors, fans, air-condition industry
  • english – Upper intermediate (B2), Advanced Business English
  • high level of initiative in accessing the tasks assigned
  • responsible approach
  • attention to detail
  • team player
  • knowledge of MS Office
  • driving license

1.500€ – 1.700€, the flexible part is up one month salary by achieving 100% of the year sales target with additional bonus when overachieving 120% of the target.
