I've been a financier, actively involved in ERP Implementation & ERP development for the last several decades, as you could learn from my CV. But I've always been striving to alleviate the workload of the Financial Department through process automation. That is why I implemented various ERP programs in the companies where I worked. The implementation process was successful, but none of the ERP programs were tailored to the industry. Therefore, the processes could not be fully automated relying only existing solutions. This prompted me to embark on the arduous but very challenging and interesting endeavor of creating an industry-leading ERP software myself, capitalizing on my previous financial and process management skills.
As a business analyst with programmer, led and executed the complete process of construction industry tailored ERP solution. On an open-source platform (Odoo), we have created complete ERP software for the construction business.
Also, we have created a unique program for apartment installments, which is also working successfully. We have also developed a fixed asset management program that is also functioning flawlessly. My software solutions stand out from the competition with their simplicity in operation, fast learning process, and adaptability.
As a result of my decades-long journey in automating business processes, I concluded that a single Integrated Software Solution was necessary for successfully grasping all the aspects of a specific industry, through integrating separate tailor-made modules to the core program. Easily said than done, I'll hardly be able to fulfill this Sisyphean work alone.
I believe that a good knowledge of finance and operations plus a constant desire to automate business processes helped me to create a process-oriented ERP software. However, this knowledge cannot be used in a confined space. That's why I decided to spread this accumulated knowledge in the European space. I have passed the appropriate legal steps and have the right to work in Slovakia.
That is why I am looking for a company whose slogan is complete digitalization of business processes.
