I am keen to capitalise on my success managing a team of up to 250 staff at Syncreon and Project Management and Implementation at Gefco SK that has ensured effective and timely distribution support to the customer, Jaguar Landover, within a highly unionised automotive production environment. I am now seeking a professional opportunity where my supply chain management, organisational, negotiation, staff management and customer relationship skills are of benefit.
Some relevant key points to consider
● Developing cooperative relationships and working with client policy deployment team at syncreon/Jaguar Landrover to monitor and develop KPIs, and ensure the provision and achievement of ‘best in class’ performance within the automotive industry.
● Project start up. Building processes and creating work flows and delivery patterns.
● Facility Management- Start of new warehouse build in UK & Slovakia.
● Purchase and design of specialist equipment and procurement support for business and building start ups
● Organising and leading the focus on improved productivity levels at syncreon/Jaguar Landrover through the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives whilst maximising efficiencies and best practice.
● Mentoring and coaching staff in management techniques at Nustar Energy, training new staff, and implementing and managing staff training programmes that successfully led to the promotion of two staff within my team to management level.
● Implementing an Excel spreadsheet for flow rates at Nustar Energy that significantly improved accuracy of information for staff use that enhanced service delivery to clients.
● Acting as Site Health and Safety representative at Nustar Energy by implementing and managing all processes and procedures on site to ensure staff and equipment meet regulatory standards at all times.
