We seek an experienced manager to play a key role in our company's strategic accounting and tax management. Job description
- Ensuring correct and timely accounting according to applicable accounting standards and tax regulations of individual countries. (CZ, SR, PL, HU)
- Management of teams in 4 countries (approx. 30 employees)
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Monitoring changes in tax legislation and their implementation into company processes.
- Coordination of accounting and tax agendas in the countries - CZ, SK, PL and HU
- Consolidation within the mentioned countries according to IFRS rules
- Cooperation on strategic projects related to integrating the affected companies after the acquisition, sharing services between individual countries, etc.
- Implementing international tax issues (transfer pricing, profit taxation, etc.).
- Close cooperation with auditors, tax advisors, financial authorities in the Czech Republic and abroad
- Management and development of a team of accountants and tax specialists
- Cooperation with other sections of the company
Requirements for the employee
- University degree in economics, accounting, or finance.
- In-depth knowledge of Slovak or Czech accounting standards & IFRS and knowledge of tax regulations (at least in two countries where the company operates is an advantage)
- Experience in leading an accounting department and team.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting systems and analytical tools.
- Experience with the implementation of information systems is an advantage
- Communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
- English language at a high level.
- A solid managerial personality capable of operating in an international environment
- Experience in an international manufacturing company is a significant advantage
- Change management, project management
- Group B driver's license
