- Development of protection systems within budget limits - Efficient preparation of technical specifications for components and systems, technical evaluation of bids and joint selection of suppliers - Responsible for the timely ordering of his/her systems - Leading discussions and technical meetings with the client and other sub-suppliers - Dealing with Distribution Network Operators in regard to protection overlapping and interfaces - Supervision of suppliers throughout the whole project implementation phase (including documentation): • If necessary, carrying out pre-inspection meeting or kick-off (with PPM) • Checking the documentation of suppliers (design documents, engineering documents, interface specifications, information on construction) • Review and approval of the Q-plans and incorporating customer requirements into QMS • Performing or arranging factory tests • Quality control on construction site and arranging assembly inspections • Preparing/defending of claims with technical project manager • Monitoring removal of non-conformities by suppliers - Cross-system interface coordination with the technical project management and third parties, in particular clarifying the interfaces with other lots - Active collaboration with the plant design (installation of components, pipe routing) and electrical and control supervisor - Regulatory compliance with respect to the lot he/she is in charge of - Close cooperation and exchange of experience (feedback from project) with product managers - Taking care of the assigned subject areas as product manager - Training and technical support for internal employees

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

- 10 years of experience - Electrical Engineering - Excellent product knowledge for protection devices used in HV- and MV-switchgears - Proven skills in engineering of protection concepts of HV-, MV, LV-systems, and generator units - Experience in integration of protection devices to a higher ECS (electrical control system) with focus on different interface protocols, e.g. IEC 61850 - High degree of autonomy in the management/development of different (sometimes complex) systems - Good knowledge of project work with different project disciplines - Experience of co-operation with and evaluation of suppliers - Persuades counterpart, even in controversial discussions - Can clarify routine ambiguities through factual discussions - Uses experience when applying standard methods, in order to solve challenging problems - Chooses solutions and provides these to relevant interface partner - Takes decisions independently and in a timely manner within predetermined limits - Good cost awareness - High degree of understanding of quality assurance - Knowledge of CAE Tools (Comos etc.) - Project Management knowledge
