Popis práce
• Securing service level for the full planning horizon, including root cause analysis of out of stocks with preventive actions as countermeasure • Create and maintain a feasible production plan for 8 weeks – 24 months horizon, optimizing cost, service level and stock levels. Levelling of production volumes to match agreed shift patterns at healthy capacity utilization level • Define realistic planning assumptions based on demonstrated performance and available machine hours • Monitor load balancing flexibility on the portfolio in line with load balancing guidelines and owning the roadmap to achieve the right level • Contribute in developing action plans for supply network development .• Defining optimal stock level, maintaining service level on target, whilst driving an inventory reduction roadmap • Analyze influencing factors on capacity utilization, like supply performance, demand, and product mix to understand the drivers changing capacity and bottlenecks on mid and long term • Pull together an aggregate view on capacity versus demand (machine and labor), production volumes, material supply, bottlenecks and constraints to the monthly volume review meeting .• Identify mid and long term constraints and provide potential solutions for decision making in S&OP process through submission of one pagers. This includes scenario and contingency analysis.
