Support specialist for drivers

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:  from 1.300€ gross salary (depend on experiences of suitable candidate)

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

– be a part of the international driver contact centre whose purpose is to deliver a high level of satisfaction to drivers by providing a rapid and reliable service for their every-day mobility needs,

– management of various driver’s requests linked to usage of the vehicle: service booking, vehicle breakdown, accident, fuel card extension, blocking, provide technical information and advice,

– management of assistance services and mobility of the driver,

– be the first point of contact for all driver contact, key activities include:

— ensuring and managing routine and exceptional maintenance operations in relation with Drivers in 3 countries,

— checking agreed delivery time with car dealer and record changes into system and inform driver and client,

— supporting drivers in the process of accident declaration,

— managing appointments with drivers for new vehicle deliveries,

— management of post event driver surveys including follow up of feedback,

— processing of incoming fines,

— management of requests for rental and relief vehicles,

— informing drivers about regular technical checks and seasonal tyre changing.

– French – Advanced (C1) and English – Upper intermediate (B2),

– Microsoft Outlook, Word – advanced,
