Popis práce

• Execution of maintenance tasks according to maintenance schedule
• Documentation of maintenance activities.
• Ensuring the reliability and availability of the building equipment and production and logistic tools.
• Administration of spare parts for facility equipment and shop floor tools.
• Organization and supervision of facility services e. g., cleaning services, waste disposal
• Execution and corresponding documentation of legally required inspections of facility and production equipment
• Execution of mechanical/electrical repair works
• Organization and supervision of installation works
• Administration and organization of personal protective equipment (helmets, gloves, safety shoes, workwear,..)
• Business Process Owner of waste management
• Administration of building-related documentation (drawings, regulatory statements,…)
• Implementation and ensuring of adherence to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

• Education in the mechanical area
• Education in electrical works
• Several years of experience in the field of facility management and maintenance in production plant or bigger facilities
• Slovak: bilingual/native language
• Hungarian: advantage
• English: communication knowledge preferred (B1 or B2)
• MS Office: basics
• Lotus Notes and SAP: basics preferred, no must-have
• Main plan – advantage
• Customer orientation
