Our team

I graduated in Sociology at the University of Economics in Bratislava and during my professional career I have been involved in activities related to working with people. I have worked in several research agencies, in 2muse as Account Manager, in NMS Market Research SR as Country Manager and in TNS Slovakia as New Business Development Director. I also worked briefly in a Business Development recruitment agency.

I am responsible for contact with clients, active search for candidates, as well as participation in research projects.

I studied sociology at the University of Trnava. I have many years of experience in the field of market research and public opinion, both through quantitative and qualitative methods. I have worked in the media research department of STV, in research agencies TNS (Project Manager and Sector Leader) and NMS Market Research SR (Account Manager).

I participate in the implementation and evaluation of surveys, actively search for candidates and conduct selection procedures.

I studied at the Comenius University in Bratislava as a teacher, a combination of history and German language. I am continuing my professional journey in various foreign companies. My experience includes, among others, personnel leasing and staffing from in-house positions for the catering, hotel and IT industries. From these positions, I am now capitalizing on the wealth of experience and bringing a different perspective to the staffing process.

I studied economics at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. I gained my professional experience mainly during my fifteen years of work in the multinational energy company Dalkia, where I started as an assistant to the sales director. Gradually I worked my way up to internal and external communications specialist and later to director of the communications department. For the last six years at Dalkia, I was Director of Communications and Human Resources. Thanks to my gradual professional growth, I have gained a comprehensive view of the company’s functioning at different stages of its development. Since 2016, I have been working as an external HR consultant.

I am responsible for client contact, active candidate search and consulting in strategic HR areas.

I studied history at the Charles University in Bratislava. I gained my work experience in OZ literarnyklub.sk and BRAK publishing house, where I worked as a production and project manager of literary events and festivals. My agenda included finding candidates for various projects. In 2020-2021 I was professionally involved in human resources at the Theatre Institute, where I also handled the applicants’ agenda and worked with various clients.

In the PRO Business Solutions agency I am mainly responsible for sales and marketing support for the products Pre-selection and Candidate Database.

I am a student of 8-year high school, my priority is computer science and information technology in general, I am also interested in the issue of self-development.

In the agency, I do administrative support for the Candidate Database and other team members.

I am a graduate of Psychology at the University of Trnava, I received my PhD at the Comenius University (UK) in Bratislava.

I have several years of experience in the HR field in candidate selection, including testing, and also in employee assessment and development. I have also lectured at UK, including psychodiagnostics.

As a professional coach, I am a full member of the Slovak Coaches Association, I have completed more than 150 hours of coaching education accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). In addition to coaching, I am also involved in career counselling.
