Financial Controller - senior
Currently we are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate for the Financial Controller position, who will lead and supervise a small team of accountants and one financial controller junior.
Job description responsibilities and duties
- leading and supervising a small team of accountants and one financial controller junior,
- closing and reporting operational results for new business together with finance controller and accounting team members (check of accrued income/cost, COGS, margin),
- providing financial analysis and reports for various stakeholders in the organization,
- creating different follow-up and statistics,
- be in lead in the second phase of the transition project (transfer of new business in the company's main ERP, setup of new and the most efficient work processes as possible in new business),
- be in lead in different kinds of projects related to automation and robotization in the finance area,
- participation in the yearly closing and support with yearly financial statements (IFRS, SK GAAP),
- participation in the company forecast/budget process together with a finance manager,
- initiate development of the company PBI reporting tool together with global process developer.
Requirements for the employee
- at latest 3-5 years in the position of Finance Controller, Accounting leader, Audit supervisor/leade, - English -upper intermediate (B2), - university degree in Economics or corresponding knowledge, - good financial knowledge, - understanding of country-specific financial legislations, - deep knowledge of controlling and reporting, - knowledge of business information tools Excel, PBI, - strong teamwork and leadership ability, - ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks on an operational level with attention also to details, - great ability to review and analyze financial documents and data, - ability to ensure conformity with routines and compliance with legal requirements, - ability to work in a structured and organized way.
