Popis práce
- License management and ordering of MS licenses including analysis and reporting - Ordering of small material - Hardware handling (exchange, control, testing of new devices) - Administrative support of client´s subsidiaries (in German / English) - Ticket and incident control/tracking - Administer/manage internal request from the workflow system - Support of the SharePoint environment - Administrative support of IT projects - Support of the IT applications (user administration, authorizations, etc.) - Support of the MDM (Mobile Device Management) environment - Training of internal customers in applications and services, creation of e-learning media - With interest: Learning of programming skills to collaborate / co-develop smaller applications
Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta
- English - Advanced (B2) / German - Upper intermediate (B1) is advantage - Microsoft SharePoint / Word / Excel / PowerPoint / - advanced - Skype for Business - advanced - Experience in order management/requesting offers from suppliers - Good communication skills (German and English) - Interest in IT (hardware / software) - Didactic skills (training + support of internal customers) - Team spirit
