• Perform adequate tests/checks and ensure service quality improvements and update procedures based on test evaluation. • Assists the outsourcing company to control the resolution of all issues to achieve objectives. • Design and maintain IT processes as per operational rules through standardization of methods. • Design, implement and control effective service in accordance with disaster recovery plans. • Manage and prepare documentation for various activities and ensure performance and data recovery in case of incident. • Responsibility for reporting and feedback to internal customers and management. • In collaboration with the outsourcing partner, creating real added value for customers in terms of increased functionality, quality, performance and reduced time to deploy services/solutions and troubleshoot issues. • Cooperation with suppliers during implementation of new systems, changes (evidence tracker, performance management system). • Participate in the preparation, planning, change management and risk minimization process for the introduction of new services and expansion of existing services. • Monitor costs of services/solutions, identify potential cost savings to the employer and benchmark current status against other vendors. • Produce and summarize budget/estimate/capex for the Group. • Creation and updating internal guidelines (relates to IT security, GDPR).

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

• Educational Specialization: IT • English - Upper intermediate (B2) • Min. 3 years previous experience • Excellent organizational skills • Detail orientation • Analytical skills • Communication skills towards internal and external customers • Good time-management • Willingness to learn • Knowledge of IT processes – Delivery management, Incident management, Change management, IT infrastructure
