Main focus of my carrier is in the field of human resources, selling - B2B, education, facilitation and client services.

In Foundation City University I managed Bratislava and Prague course administrators and regularly communicate with and visit partner university (The Open University Business School). Here I developed my international/multicultural experiences as well as management skills.

Project Bullet Proof Manager was green-field project with licence from Crestcom International, Denver, USA. After implementation phase I act as Sales Manager and Facilitator. In average I had 3 to 4 B2B meetings daily with company owners or with managing directors from different kind of companies which were from different part of industry. Most of them were international companies.

HR and Payroll Manager for Slovakia in Olympic Casino Slovakia (daughter company of Olympic Entertainment Group, Estonia) was a great experience which last 10 years. The essence of my role was to be a strategic business partner for Country Managing Director and department managers. Main focus was on implementing and keeping the company´s Vision, Mission and Core Values. And by this way to run, improve and develop the business.
The most important project, I was responsible for, was 4 Disciplines of Execution which had direct impact on company revenues and costs. With this project we have increased number of clients’ hours and number of new clients, and motivated employees to offer VIP service.
As department manager I was responsible for preparing, defending and keeping the HR department budget and monitoring and controlling overall company salary budget.
I had implemented long term education programme of employees in the areas of communication with clients, assertiveness, ... I organised also team-buildings, annual meetings with all employees, etc.
I run searching, selection and on-boarding. Especially for Head Office in Bratislava. Including managers of departments.
I have also managed the payroll process (collecting data, calculation all variables and bonuses, summarize all date for payroll manager, …)
Regular parts of my duties were consultancies in the area of labour law, GDPR, ...
All administration connected with new employee was also my responsibility (labour contracts, other necessary agreements, health/fire/security trainings, …). And also, all documents connected with contract finishing.

In GPV Austria Cable GmbH, site Hlohovec, I continue to work as HR and Payroll Manager. My responsibilities and duties are almost the same as in Olympic Casino Slovakia.
But because it is production factory there are lots of special issues.
The biggest project is implementation of new information system (MS Dynamics) in company and I am responsible for HR module.
