I spent most of my 13 years of work experience in leading people and working closely with them. I simply love to work and cooperate with people. I gained first half of my vast experience at IBM as part of Complaints department, where I handled highest level of client escalations against IBM. After this experience I continued on the journey of working with clients and suppliers and naturally switched to Procurement, where I shortly became people and process lead, thanks to my fast learning capabilities and natural interest in the field. Currently I’m working as Technical Support Manager at Dell. Over the time I learned extremely lot by working with highly demanding clients and implemented uncountable process, technology and people efficiency improvements based on Lean6Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt holder). I’m particularly strong at handling and leading goal-oriented tasks, dealing with people (stakeholders, peers, suppliers), data driven discussions and mostly at people management field (11 years managing client facing teams).
