Sales representative (aesthetic medicine and dermocosmetics market)
For our client, we are looking for an experienced sales representative with knowledge of the aesthetic medicine and dermo-cosmetics market. The successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals in the dedicated market.
Job description responsibilities and duties
- the main objective of the Sales Representative (Sesderma&Mediderma cosmetics) in Slovak market is to attract and manage a group of Key Clients (primarily pharmacies) to achieve designated sales targets;
- responsibility for building awareness and credibility of products/procedures among the Key Clients;
- analysis and identification of current business situation and upcoming Clients needs and opportunities;
- cooperation with marketing, training and logistic departments to ensure the highest quality of materials and tools dedicated for Clients;
- regular work planning and activity reporting to Business Director.
Requirements for the employee
- The aesthetic medicine and DERMO-COSMETICS market knowledge is a MUST !!! ;
- at least 3 years of experience in DERMO-COSMETICS account management;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals;
- ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
- excellent organizational skills;
- university degree;
- good knowledge of English (Polish/Spanish language is a plus);
- valid driving license;
- business trips to Poland - minimum four times a year
