Financial manager
We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager for our international production company in Levice. He (she) will be all-round responsible for a broad activities such as complex statutory and financial accounting, business reporting, tax and treasury, risk management and IT security policies. The candidates for this position should have at least 3 years experience in people management.
Popis práce
• Responsibility for finance goals achievements in compliance with company strategy
• Leadership and management of the finance department (controlling and accounting)
• Responsibility for effective accounting and tax processes and communication with state authorities and banks
• Defines the accounting and tax processes according Group policy and local legislation
• Prepares annual budgets, monthly forecasts, implements budgets controls and deviation analysis
• Prepares interim and year-end audits including close liaison with the auditors
• Manages and delivers monthly and year-end closing
• Responsibility for internal control process
• Responsibility for credit policy and AR collection
• Responsibility for effective cost control process
• Responsibility for cash management and management of financing requirements in accordance to the policy
• Financial analysis for management strategic decisions
• Capital investments analysis and calculations
• Provides support in terms of VAT in chain businesses
Administrative and financial support for commercial officies in East Europe
• Supervising of IT policies and procedures within company
• Cooperation with HR department in wages structure of the company
Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta
• to be a hands on, structured and methodical team player with supportive attitude and proven leadership skills
• able to work under minimum supervision
• strategical thinking, good communication skills
• ability to work under pressure
• Dynamics 365 knowledge prefered
• Microsoft Dynamics Axapta - advantage
• Microsoft Excel - advanced
• financial accounting – expert
• excellent knowledge of Tax laws
• English - Advanced (C1)
