For our client we are looking for experienced Key account manager - EMS industry.
- Manages the day to day operation toward the key customers - Build relationships with the customers’ ordering units, managing and fulfilling their expectations - Forecast and track key account metrics - Set targets, follow up, draft and implement corrective actions when needed - Implement customers’ agreements and processes - Is responsible for managing the Costing process for the assigned RFQ - Is responsible for providing updated costs (material, logistics and value add) for price updates and cost reduction projects - Manages, coaches and train the cross functional team within the BU concerning the working in the functions are responsible to ensure the necessary competence levels of the team members - Manages customers’ visits, audits and quarterly reviews - Ensures Sales & Operational Planning according to Enics global process for this specific customer
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Fluent in English written and spoken - Strong leadership and networking skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Sales, Project or Operational experience (3 years experience preferably in the EMS industry) Multicultural (able to reach and negotiate with all stakeholders across the globe)
