Job description responsibilities and duties

• Ensure the monitoring and measurement of product realization processes to meet Customer, Standard, and Legal Product quality specifications at the highest level. Collaborate with the Quality Director on these matters and fulfill the role of Customer Representative.
• The authority to stop production in the Quality department when encountering any situation that product outside of established quality specifications.
• Coordinate the activities of afflied departments in accordance with the principles of the Quality Management System.
• Track customer returns and quality performances, including warranty returns, and provide monthly summary reports to the affiliated directorate.
• Evaluate and enhance internal poor quality results while preparing necessary strategies for improvement.
• Report the Company Quality Indicator Score to the relevant Directorate on a monthly basis.
• Initiate actions regarding criteria requiring improvement based on the Company Quality Indicator Score.
• Oversee QA/4M-D applications and spearhead process development initiatives.
• Plan and execute internal process and product audits, ensuring follow-up actions are taken with the respective departmens.
• Provide periodic reports on the progress of monitored activities.
• Hold full authority to stop production in response to any quality specification breaches in the relevant department.
