Popis práce
- Application support and customizing in the area of SAP LE - Processing the support requests (ticketing system, emails, calls) - User management - Consultant management (assessing of business needs, create specifications, get quotes, place orders, provide system access, testing of developments, execute transports & check/accept productive system, control & release supplier invoices) - Project management (support of project work of several departments and areas) - Active participation in the AO (application ownership) meetings - Creating trainings material - Support of internal customer training
Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta
- Experience in the SAP logistic area as consultant - Experience in configuring or implementing of Logistics from sales offers, deliveries to invoicing - Experience with Smartforms and/or SAPScript - Knowledge integrating SD with other modules such as FI, MM - Knowledge of the SAP modules PM, PP and PS is of great advantage - Debugging skills in ABAP and experience in EDI and IDOC interface for sales orders processing transactions is an advantage - Ideally, knowledge of customs and foreign trade processing - Ideally, knowledge of the purchasing module/functionalities - Strong Communication skills with experience working in virtual teams - Willingness to assist with SAP administration and support outside of logistics - Working structured, independently and solution-oriented - Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and colleagues of all hierarchy levels - Readiness to travel during the training phase - Fluent in English, German is of great advantage
