You need to state a salary higher than that of current employees at similar positions in order to get qualified candidates
You need to speak to a higher number of candidates, or to candidates that did not react to your company ad
You lack the budget to cooperate with an external company but need candidates from other sources as well

Your job ad will be published for 4 weeks under our header on the Profesia portal, our website, and our social networks.

Throughout the period of publishing, we will provide documents from all candidates in line with GDPR via the client centre once a week.
