Business Development Manager for Hungary (Air Freight) w/m
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Business Development Manager for Hungary (Air Freight). The successful candidate should have a hunter mentality – proactive, energetic and hungry to win. She/he should be fluent in Hungarian, confident, well-connected in the Hungarian freight market and ready to turn relationships into business.
Job description
- Win new customers and business in the Hungarian market.
- Sell Air Freight, On-Board Courier, Charter & Express Road solutions.
- Build your own customer & partner portfolio and grow the market.
- Lead negotiations and create tailor-made solutions.
- Work closely with our operations team and management.
- Regular monthly attendance at work meetings in Bratislava
Requirements for the employee
- 3+ year of sales experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarding.
- Strong understanding of air cargo and logistics.
- Existing Hungarian customers portfolio is a big plus.
- Hunter mentality – proactive, energetic and hungry to win.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hungarian + English.
- Driver's licence and willingness to travel.
- Independent, flexible and commercially minded.
