Job description
- Coordinate the rollout of the global ERP system solution within the Supply Chain domain across multiple local entities.
- Analyze existing processes and align them with the global template.
- Configure and adapt the ERP solution within the defined global standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Design, test, and ensure proper integration between ERP and other business systems.
- Lead data migration activities, support cutover planning, and ensure successful go-live execution.
- Deliver user training, support system adoption, and resolve post-go-live issues
- Collect user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the ERP solution.
Requirements for the employee
- 4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with ERP system transformation projects; knowledge of IFS ERP is an advantage.
- Expertise in procurement lifecycle, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and willingness to travel.
