Job description
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with legal and corporate standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Lead training programs and awareness campaigns to promote safe work practices
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with sustainability goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE into daily operations
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety performance and environmental stewardship
Requirements for the employee
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations
- OSH technician certificate
- Fire Protection Technician Certificate
- Fluent English language - writing and speaking
- The advantage of the Hungarian language
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent is a plus
