Candidate is an experienced Engineer of Economics with extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and auditing, specializing in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and controlling, where she has over 5 years of experience. Throughout her career, she underwent comprehensive professional training in London under the auspices of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) between 1997 and 2001, acquiring deep knowledge in areas such as accounting, auditing, legal and tax frameworks, managerial finance, and strategic financial planning. In 2006, she achieved FCCA status, enabling her to use this prestigious title.
The candidate is proficient in English, demonstrated by successfully completing English language courses in London at the Professional level and earning certificates from the Cambridge Advanced Exam and Pittman Typewriting exam. Additionally, her education included a specialized training program in Slovakia focused on improving knowledge in English, computer programs and applications, management, marketing, law, and finance.
After graduating with honors from the University of Economics in Bratislava, the candidate became a member of renowned professional organizations such as ACCA and the Slovak Chamber of Auditors. She gained rich work experience in positions involving a high degree of responsibility and managerial decision-making. Between 2017 and 2023, she served as a senior consultant, where she provided financial advice to clients, engaged in financial planning, and managed clients' personal finances, investment strategies, bank loans, insurance, and pension funds.
During her tenure, the candidate played a key role in establishing a greenfield plant, requiring significant financial planning, budgeting, and coordination with many departments and external partners to ensure the successful launch of operations. This experience further deepened her skills in financial controlling and strategic planning.
Previously, during her career, she held the position of financial manager and controller, where she was responsible for managing financial departments, preparing and reviewing monthly reports, cash flow planning, closing the books according to USGAAP and IFRS standards, and other key financial and accounting processes.
Her specialization also includes implementing internal processes, procedures, rules, and documentation standards, audit preparation, communication with internal and external auditors, tax offices, banks, and internal treasury departments, as well as tax planning and strategy for short-term and long-term periods.
The candidate is a goal-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Besides her professional life, she engages in investing, reading books, hiking, swimming, dancing, and gardening. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate and has completed Kaizen training.
