Power Platform Developer – Finance & Analytics (m/f)

Popis práce

• Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.
• Develop DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Integrate data from ERP systems, SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse and Snowflake.
• Build workflows and business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Automate financial reporting, approvals, data collection and escalation processes.
• Prepare and analyse operational and financial datasets.
• Improve the performance, scalability and usability of existing solutions.
• Maintain row-level security, workspace governance and access controls.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage scope changes.
• Support management reporting, actual-versus-budget analysis, trend analysis and variance explanations.
• Present findings to Finance, Business Operations and senior management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support end users.
• Maintain technical documentation and reporting logic.
• Contribute to deployment standards, version control and reusable templates.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data integration.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems; SAP is an advantage.
• Understanding of financial reporting, controlling or accounting.
• Ability to analyse budgets, forecasts, trends and variances.
• Experience delivering reporting, analytics or automation projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into working technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced English.

• Experience with Dataverse, Snowflake or SharePoint integrations.
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines, version control and Power Platform governance.
• Experience with row-level security and workspace administration.
• Experience in a shared-services or global business services environment.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning or Microsoft Copilot.
