ERP Deployment Lead – Manufacturing and Project Management

Job description

• Lead the rollout of the global ERP system solution within the Manufacturing and Project Management domains across multiple international entities.
• Analyze existing manufacturing and project-driven processes and align them with the global ERP template.
• Drive the configuration and adaptation of ERP solutions within defined global standards, ensuring they reflect real production and project execution needs.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, translating manufacturing and project requirements into effective ERP system solutions.
• Design, test, and ensure seamless integration between ERP and connected systems such as MES, PLM, and other operational tools.
• Take ownership of data migration activities, support cutover planning, and ensure successful go-live execution with minimal disruption to production.
• Lead user training initiatives, support adoption, and provide hands-on guidance during go-live and hypercare phases.
• Monitor system performance post go-live, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvements across manufacturing and project processes.
• Coordinate deployment activities, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure delivery timelines are met.

Requirements for the employee

• 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and project-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP system implementations or transformations; knowledge of IFS ERP is an advantage.
• Experience with production lifecycle, shopfloor processes, and project costing or planning is highly valued.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate under go-live pressure in production environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with willingness to travel internationally.
