Job description
- Acquiring new clients, establishing contacts with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, and promoting the company´s solutions and services.(65% hunting and 35% farmin)
- Identifying sales opportunities.
- Overseeing the annual contract renewal process, ensuring that existing clients are retained at the target level
- Reviewing sales performance by analyzing sales department reports and global reports shared by the group.
- Seeking new ways to improve how the company operates and identifying new business opportunities (including working with customers to understand their business needs and goals).
- Developing a network of senior managers and executives of potential customers
- Managing strategic partnerships.
- Presenting the company's product portfolio and providing expert advice to clients.
- Developing and implementing a sales plan to achieve the target.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Cooperating with the finance department, supporting the forecasting and budgeting process.
- Negotiating business terms and preparing price quotes
Requirements for the employee
- Experience with acquisitions (2-3 years)
- Willingness to travel and engage with B2B clients throughout Slovakia
- Willingness to participate in meetings and work sessions at the company headquarters in Bratislava
