Job description
- Lead and manage all plant logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, packaging operations, and customs processes.
- Oversee production planning activities to ensure material availability, efficient production scheduling, and on-time customer deliveries.
- Manage packaging operations and standards, ensuring compliance with customer, quality, and operational requirements.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of materials and finished goods to support production and customer needs.
- Lead, develop, and manage Logistics, Planning, Warehouse teams, including both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
- Manage team performance, workforce planning, employee development, and succession planning.
- Manage relationships and contracts with transportation and logistics service providers.
- Monitor logistics, planning, and packaging KPIs, costs, and service levels, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate import/export activities and ensure compliance with customs and transportation regulations.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventories.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Human Resources, Quality, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to plant management.
- Lead production planning, and packaging projects aligned with plant objectives, customer requirements, and business targets.
Requirements for the employee

University degree.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry, is essential.

Advanced knowledge of SAP.

Advanced knowledge of warehouse management.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
